Upon finalisation of the Contract, the deposit becomes non-refundable under any circumstances. The remaining balance must be settled with Nayeem's Click at least 2 weeks before the event date. Failure to do so may result in the inability of Nayeem's Click to confirm the booking.

Clients are also required to contact Nayeem's Click three days before the event to confirm the planned services.

Clients are advised not to expect Cinematographers and/or photographers to extend beyond the contracted hours. In the event of exceeding the agreed-upon timeframe, the client will be charged 100.00GBP per hour for each Cinematographer and/or photographer.

The client and their family members must treat Nayeem's Click staff with respect. Any mistreatment or misbehaviour may lead to the termination of the program, and no refunds will be provided.

The client acknowledges that they will be liable for the full cost of repairs or replacement if the photographer's equipment is damaged or destroyed by the clients or client's guests during the course of the event.

Nayeem's Click is not liable for adverse weather conditions that may impact the content of photos or videos on the event days.

While every effort will be made to protect your memories, however Nayeem's Click will not be held responsible for accidents such as fire, theft, electronic faults, or other accidental damages that may occur during the storage or delivery process. Your footages are very significant for us. Please keep in mind we will not want to ruin your memories intentionally.

Nayeem's Click holds the sole copyright of all videos and photos produced. The company reserves the right to use these materials for marketing purposes on Nayeem's Click social networks. Any concerns regarding this matter please contact Nayeem's click before booking the event.

Clients are responsible for arranging suitable parking facilities for the Nayeem's Click team, who will be bringing heavy equipment for the event.

After project delivery, clients are primarily responsible for verifying the correct storage of all data by playing the full videos and pictures from the provided USB. Additional copies or backups are recommended. Any technical errors must be reported to Nayeem's Click within three working days of the delivery date.

Nayeem's Click will not retain any footage after seven days from the delivery date. Online data links provided by us will be automatically deleted without prior notice.

Any personal information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, or other relevant details is collected and stored securely in full compliance with UK GDPR regulations. This data is used solely to deliver and improve our services. We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to any third parties without your explicit consent. You maintain the right to request access to your data, make corrections, or ask for its deletion at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute, claim, or legal issue that may arise in connection with our services or these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
